This beautiful 120 sq.m. apartment, suitable for up to 7 people (or 9 if the single sofa bed and a folding bed are used in the living room), is located in one of the most famous districts of Chanià, Halèpa, just 20 minutes walk from the Venetian Port. It consists of a large air-conditioned living room with a wonderful terrace with a stunning sea view and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need to prepare a meal. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds that can be joined to a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a third pull-out single bed. There are also 2 bathrooms, washing machine and dryer. The apartment is located on the third floor of a small building with a lift. On the ground floor there is a private car park and a common area with barbecue corner and garden table.

The Halepa District in recent years has been undergoing a phase of modernization, while maintaining its picturesque character. Everywhere you look, you will see beautiful Venetian style houses and recently refurbished buildings. It is also served by typical restaurants and taverns and therefore is an excellent solution for a holiday with friends or family.

Chanià International Airport (CHQ) is 13 km away (20 minutes by car or taxi), while Heraklion International Airport (HER) is 140 km away (about 2 hours by car).

Check-out time is by 11 AM.

Check-in time is from 4 PM to 9 PM. In case of arrival after 9 PM we will inform you how to do the self check-in.

– cleaning every 7 days, with towels and linens change;

– final cleaning of the apartment;
