Villa Majestic is located in the village of Kolymbari, famous for its natural beauty. Kolymbari, situated in Chania region, is only 24 km away from the centre of Chania (about 20 minutes) and 38 km away from the airport of Chania. The villa is situated in a quiet and green area, not far from the beach, and offers an unrivalled serenity.

The villa features 2 apartments which are fully furnished and modern, suitable for families or groups of friends, up to 12 people. The apartment n°1, suitable for up to 6 people, features a spacious living room, a fully furnished kitchen, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment n°2, suitable for up to 6 people too, features a comfortable living room, a fully furnished kitchen, a double sofa bed, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa has also a large private swimming pool and a barbecue area.

Choosing  Villa Majestic will give you all the comfort and luxury of a modern house, without giving up the authenticity of a traditional coastal village. The view from the apartments allows you to admire both the sea and the olive and oranges trees.

Besides the beautiful beach, you will have the opportunity to taste typical Cretan dishes in the local tavernas and bars, located in the harbor.

The villa also has a large private parking area.

A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking and is payable by bank transfer.

The price includes:

– bed linen and bath towels;

– cleaning of the apartment every 4 days;

– Wifi.

Check-out time is by 11 AM and check-in time is from 4 PM to 9 PM. In case of arrival after 9 PM we will inform you how to do the self check-in.
