This brand new and refined villa with private swimming pool, suitable for up to 12 people, is located among the olive trees of the village of Galatas, 6 km from Chanià and only 2,5 km from the beach of Kalamaki.
Most of the interior furniture and furnishings are hand-made by Greek craftsmen. The first floor consists of a fully furnished kitchen area, a big living room with TV, a dining room, a toilet and a huge terrace with a breathtaking view on the olive trees and the mountains. On the second floor there are 3 beautiful and comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms: 2 double ones and a quadruple one (this last one with 2 bunk beds). Each bedroom has its own open plan bathroom with shower. On this floor there’s also a washing machine. On the ground floor, with a private entrance, there are other 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen. The outdoor area features a huge garden with a wonderful private heated swimming-pool, sun beds and umbrellas, a veranda with table and chairs, a barbecue area and parking place.
It is 1 km from the Galatas village centre, with a church, a butcher shop, a bakery, a minimarket, some coffee shops and a couple of really good tavernas. It is 23km from Chanià International Airport – CHQ (30 minutes by car or taxi).

A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking and is payable by bank transfer.
Room price includes:
– bed linen and bath towels;
– cleaning of the apartment every 4 days;
– Wi-Fi;
– electricity and water consumption.
Pool heating fee:
The swimming pool can be heated during autumn and winter at the extra change of 90 € per day at least for a 4-day use. This price may change due to energy crisis, ask please before you book. The heating must be arranged before guests’ arrival.
Check-out time is by 11 AM and check-in time is from 4 PM to 9 PM. In case of arrival after 9 PM we will inform you how to do the self check-in.
